Return Policy


The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in the parts description. We guarantee that the project will not exhibit functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions during the warranty period.
 
 
In the event of a defect, we will: send new equipment, repair equipment or refund the purchase price based on our availability. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization and return the defective device to us within 14 days of reporting the defect.

 
In most cases, amikong.com will use its approved shipping method to pay for return shipping and replacement shipping.

 
This warranty supersedes any other warranties; express or implied, including our warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages,

 
This does not include, but does not exceed, the amount we pay for the product, including any liability for any subsequent or consequential damages or any related or unrecommended profits.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 calendar days after the invoice date. Unless otherwise stated, all non-warranty returns will be subject to a 20% replenishment management fee. The 鈥淔actory New鈥 product is subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
 
If you need to make a non-warranty return claim, please contact us by email or call the Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning.
 
Products must be returned with a purchase status and accompanied by a amikong.com Return Authorization Number (RA#).

 
Return authorization
 
No items should be returned until you contact our sales department to obtain a amikong.com Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the box where the item is returned. A return authorization must also be included in the box.
