3. Website and Product Information
AMIKON makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, product information may be obtained from manufacturers, suppliers, catalogues or other sources and may change without notice.
Website information may include:

Website information is provided for general identification and enquiry purposes. The exact product condition, availability, revision, date code, firmware, included accessories, price and warranty must be confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation.
Some website images may be representative of the product model or series and may not show the exact product offered.

If a material error is discovered after the customer has confirmed an order, AMIKON will notify the customer.
The customer may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected item before shipment.
If the customer cancels because of a material AMIKON error and payment has already been received, AMIKON will refund the amount paid for the affected item.
5. Product Conditions
The product condition supplied will be stated in the written quotation or order confirmation.

A new and unused product supplied in manufacturer packaging where available.
Factory New does not automatically mean that the original manufacturer’s warranty or support applies. Any manufacturer warranty must be expressly confirmed in writing.

A new and unused product obtained from surplus inventory, discontinued projects, plant upgrades or independent supply sources.
New Surplus products may have:
• Older date codes
• Previous-generation revisions

6. Revisions, Date Codes and Firmware
Products supplied by AMIKON may be older revisions or have older date codes than products currently available from the manufacturer.
A specific revision, date code, country of origin or firmware level is only guaranteed when expressly confirmed in writing before payment.
Firmware, software, passwords, operating systems, licenses and activation rights are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
The customer is responsible for checking product, system, software, firmware and licensing compatibility before ordering.
7. Requests for Quote
A website enquiry, email, telephone enquiry or Request for Quote does not create an order or contract.
Customers should provide:
• Manufacturer
• Exact part number
• Quantity

• Required revision or date code
• Required firmware level, where applicable
AMIKON may request additional information to confirm the product and prepare an accurate quotation.

• Price and currency
• Availability
• Estimated lead time
• Warranty period
• Shipping cost
• Incoterm or shipping terms

Prices and availability may change after the quotation validity period.
Unless specifically stated, a quotation does not reserve stock.
Stock is normally allocated after full payment has been received and cleared.
9. Purchase Orders
Customers may submit a purchase order for order confirmation and administrative purposes.
A purchase order does not create:
• Credit terms
• Open-account payment
• Financing
• Loans
• Installment payments
• Net 30, Net 60 or Net 90 terms
• Payment after delivery
Any terms printed on a customer purchase order do not replace these Terms unless expressly accepted by AMIKON in writing.
10. Order Acceptance
An order is accepted only after:
• Product availability has been confirmed;
• Product and delivery requirements have been agreed;
• AMIKON has issued a written order confirmation or proforma invoice; and

• Net 60 terms
• Net 90 terms
• Monthly settlement
• Payment after delivery

13. Bank Fees and Payment Shortfalls
The customer is responsible for:
• Sending bank charges
• Intermediary bank fees
• Correspondent bank fees
• Currency conversion charges
• Exchange-rate differences
• Payment-service charges
AMIKON must receive the full invoice amount.
If the amount received is less than the invoice amount, the customer must pay the outstanding balance before the order is processed.

If a customer receives an unexpected request to change any of the following, the change must be verified with an existing AMIKON contact before payment:
• Beneficiary name
• Bank name
• Bank account
• SWIFT code
• PayPal account
• Payment currency

AMIKON does not accept credit-card information.
Customers must not send card numbers, expiry dates, security codes or other credit-card details by email, fax, telephone, WhatsApp, WeChat or website form.

For deliveries within China, applicable VAT or other taxes will be charged where required by law.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, local clearance charges and other destination charges unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Responsibility for shipping costs, duties and taxes will be determined by the Incoterm or shipping terms stated in the quotation.
16. Availability and Stock Status
Website inventory information is not a guarantee of availability.
In Stock
The product was physically available when inventory was last checked. Availability must be reconfirmed before payment.
Available
The product may be sourced through the AMIKON supply network. It does not necessarily mean the product is currently stored in an AMIKON warehouse.
Ask
The availability, condition, price or lead time requires manual confirmation.
Special Order / Sourced Product
The product will be obtained specifically for the customer after order confirmation or payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation does not reserve stock.
17. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers must submit change or cancellation requests in writing.
Before Processing
A standard stocked product may be cancellable before processing, subject to written approval.
Special-Order Products
Special-order, sourced, customized or supplier-committed products may be non-cancellable and non-refundable once procurement has started.
Applicable supplier charges, handling costs or cancellation expenses may be deducted from an approved refund when they were disclosed or reasonably incurred for the order.
After Shipment
An order cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after it has been handed to the carrier.
AMIKON will confirm whether a change or cancellation can be accepted based on the order status.
18. Shipping and Delivery
The estimated dispatch date and shipping method will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Delivery may be affected by:
• Product availability
• Payment clearance
• Customer verification
• Export documentation
• Customs clearance
• Carrier capacity
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Events outside AMIKON’s reasonable control
AMIKON will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of a material delay.
A delay affecting one shipment does not automatically cancel another item or shipment unless agreed in writing.
19. Shipping Carrier and Incoterms
AMIKON may select the carrier and shipping route unless the customer requests a specific carrier and AMIKON accepts the request.
The applicable Incoterm or shipping terms should be stated in the quotation.
Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and risk of loss will be determined by the agreed Incoterm.
Ownership of the product does not transfer until AMIKON has received full cleared payment.
Where the customer appoints its own freight account or carrier, risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm when the shipment is handed to that carrier.
20. Delivery Inspection and Shipping Damage
If the package arrives visibly damaged or incomplete, the customer should:
• Record the damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery record;
• Photograph the outer carton, shipping label, internal packaging and product;
• Keep all original packaging;
• Notify AMIKON promptly.
Visible transit damage, missing cartons or missing products should be reported within five calendar days after delivery.
Failure to keep the packaging or report visible damage promptly may affect the ability to submit a carrier claim.
This delivery inspection period does not replace the applicable product warranty.
21. AMIKON Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, quotation or invoice, products supplied by AMIKON include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment.
This is an AMIKON warranty.
The original manufacturer’s warranty and technical support do not automatically apply unless expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.
22. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers functional defects that occur during normal and intended use.
The product must match the condition and specifications confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

The available remedy depends on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
AMIKON will not replace a Factory New product with a used or refurbished product unless the customer agrees in writing.

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
• Customer or company name
• Order or invoice number
• Manufacturer and part number

No product may be returned before AMIKON issues a Return Authorization Number.

For approved warranty claims, AMIKON will normally provide or approve the return shipping method. Unauthorized or expedited shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

The product must be:

Products may be subject to applicable export, import, sanctions, customs and trade-control laws.
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing accurate end-user and destination information;

AMIKON may delay, refuse or cancel an order when required for compliance or verification.

• Life-support systems
• Surgical implants
