A four-character alphanumeric status display and multiple LED indicators provide at-a-glance diagnostic information for network status, module health, DC bus status, and port activity. The module includes an IOD connector for I/O, safety, and auxiliary feedback signals, and an MF connector for motor feedback from various encoder types including Hiperface, EnDat, TTL incremental, and Sin/Cos incremental.
