Description

The 130732-01 relay module provides four independent relay outputs for the 3300/55 Dual Velocity Monitor when configured for Velomitor sensor input. Two relays are typically assigned to Alert conditions and two to Danger conditions, with each channel (A and B) having dedicated relay contacts. The relay contacts are accessible via rear terminal connections.

The module supports both latching and nonlatching alarm modes, selectable in the field through plug-in jumpers. In latching mode, an alarm condition remains active until manually reset. In nonlatching mode, the alarm clears automatically when the vibration level returns below the setpoint.

For applications requiring higher reliability against false trips, the module supports Danger Relay Voting. OR voting drives the relay when either channel exceeds the Danger setpoint. AND voting, available for Quad Relay configurations, requires external wiring of the relay contacts in series to implement a two-out-of-two voting logic.
