The 330908-00-67-10-01-00 is a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe with 3/8-24 UNF thread and without armor, designed as a component of the 3300XL NSv Proximity Transducer System from Bently Nevada. The 330908 is intended for use with centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other machines with tight installation requirements where counter bore, side-view, or rear-view restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300XL 5mm and 8mm transducer systems.
The 330908-00-67-10-01-00 is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51mm (2in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15mm (0.6in). The 330908 is primarily used for radial vibration and radial position measurements, axial (thrust) position measurements, tachometer and zero speed measurements, and phase reference (Keyphasor signals) on fluid-filmed bearing machines where a small shaft or reduced side-view is present.

This model features a 3/8-24 UNF threaded stainless-steel probe body with a 6.7-inch case length and a 1.0-meter integral cable. The probe is supplied without armor, making it suitable for installations where cable routing is protected and additional mechanical shielding is not required.
The probe utilizes eddy-current sensing technology to generate a high-frequency electromagnetic field at the probe tip. When positioned near a conductive target such as a rotating shaft, changes in distance produce corresponding electrical signals that are processed by a compatible 3300 NSv Proximitor Sensor. This enables highly accurate monitoring of shaft movement and machine vibration.

The probe features a 3/8-24 UNF-2A threaded case for standard mounting into probe holders or brackets. The case is constructed from AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel, with a 5.0 mm diameter polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip. The overall case length is 67 mm. The probe tip is non-metallic and electrically insulated from the case, preventing electrical interference and allowing direct contact with conductive shaft surfaces without short-circuiting the eddy current field.
