The FSSB interface uses optical connectors COP10B (input) and COP10A (output) for daisy-chain connection to the CNC and downstream amplifier modules.

Cooling is achieved through natural convection. The module includes a DC link terminal block (TB1) for power input from the PSM, a motor power terminal block (TB2) for servo motor connection, and a pulse coder connector (ENC1/JF1) for motor feedback. Absolute position encoder battery backup is supported via connectors CX5X and CX5Y, using battery model A06B-6073-K001. Control power at 24 V DC is supplied through connectors CX2A and CX2B, protected by fuse F2 (3.2 A, 48 V DC).
Status indication is provided by a 7-segment LED display showing operational status and alarm codes. Common alarm conditions include overcurrent (Alarm 1), overvoltage (Alarm 4), undervoltage (Alarm 6), abnormal current (Alarm 8), abnormal inverter (Alarm 9), and FSSB communication errors.
