- Accepts plug-in AC or DC IC697 power supply
- Provision for two rack operation from single power supply

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Two racks can be interconnected to share a singlepower supply for applications having extended I/Orequirements. A Power Supply Extension Cable kit(IC697CBL700) is available for such applications.Each rack provides slot sensing for rack-type I/O modules designed for the IC697 PLC. No jumpers or DIPswitches on the I/O modules are required for moduleaddressing.
Rack Numbering: Each rack in a multi-rack system must be assigned a number from 0 to 7. The CPU rack is always Rack 0.
Jumpers: Rack numbers are determined by four jumpers located on the backplane directly behind the power supply.
Software Configuration: Slot addressing and I/O point references are configured via MS-DOS or Windows-based software (Logicmaster 90-70 or Proficy Machine Edition). No DIP switches are used on the modules themselves
