      The Mark VIeS Functional Safety Relay Contact Output module provides an interface between the discrete process actuators(12 discrete outputs), relay contact outputs, and the Mark VIeS Safety control logic. The Relay Contact Output moduleconsists of two orderable parts: the discrete output I/O pack and the relay contact output terminal board. All safetydiscrete/contact output modules use the same I/O pack, IS420YDOAS1B. Multiple DIN-rail mounted terminal boards and I/Ocontact wetting/fusing daughterboards are available to provide the necessary contact voltages, contact wetting and fusingconfigurations, redundancy, and terminal block styles

      The IS420YDOAS1B is a Discrete Output I/O Pack developed by General Electric (GE) as part of the Mark VIe and Mark VIeS functional safety control systems. It acts as an electrical interface, providing safety-certified outputs to drive external relays, solenoids, and contactors in turbine control applications.

A DC37 pin connector is used for the outputs which will connect directly to the associated terminal board connectors. If visual diagnostics are needed they will be provided through the LED indicators on the front of the pack.
