The Foxboro DM900WT Termination Cable Assembly is an industrial interconnection cable designed for use with Foxboro I/A Series and Foxboro Evo™ Process Automation System hardware. The cable provides the electrical interface between the Fieldbus Module (FBM) installed on the baseplate and the remote Termination Assembly (TA) mounted on a DIN rail.
The 120 V ac Input/Output Interface Module (anexpandable main module) and its counterpart120 V ac Expansion Input/Output Interface Moduleindividually provide the following functions: 8 inputchannels for 120 V ac voltage monitoring and8 output channels for 120 V ac output switching withcurrent overload protection.Each module performsthe signal conversion required to interface thesedigital electrical input/output signalsfrom/to the field sensors/actuators to/from theredundant Fieldbus.
