QD75M4 MELSEC-Q four-axis positioning module
The Mitsubishi QD75M4 is a four-axis positioning module for the MELSEC-Q programmable controller platform. It executes stored point-to-point moves and coordinated interpolation commands for pulse-train servo or stepper systems used in assembly, handling, indexing and packaging machinery.
Dedicated positioning data, origin return, JOG, inching and acceleration functions are processed by the intelligent module rather than by ordinary PLC scan logic. This lets the Q-series CPU coordinate machine sequences while the QD75M4 manages deterministic motion commands and reports axis status and errors through the controller backplane.
