A port configured as a virtual Modbus master device onthe MVI46-MCM module actively issues Modbuscommands to other nodes on the Modbus network. Onehundred (100) commands are supported on each port.Additionally, the master ports have an optimized pollingcharacteristic that polls slaves with communicationproblems less frequently.
