It not only ensures the efficient operation of production lines but also plays a decisive role in enhancing enterprise operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Data shows that in July this year, China's total electricity consumption reached 1,022.6 billion kWh, with the secondary industry accounting for nearly 60%. As industrial production scales continue to expand and upgrade towards 'new quality productive forces', the surge in power demand is accompanied by higher requirements for the reliability and flexibility of the power system. There is a particular need to meet the stringent power quality standards demanded by smart manufacturing and automated production."
At this Industrial Expo, Schneider Electric exhibited multiple products designed for industrial application environments. Among them, the Galaxy PW II UPS boasts exceptional adaptability. It can operate stably not only in harsh electrical environments such as high temperatures, high humidity, and dense dust but also calmly handle multiple uncertainties like voltage fluctuations and harmonic interference, providing comprehensive power protection for critical equipment and ensuring their stable operation. Also exhibited was the Schneider Electric Galaxy VXL UPS, which offers revolutionary high efficiency in equipment deployment through higher power density and leading space utilization. In double conversion mode, its overall efficiency can reach 97.5%, while in E-conversion mode, system efficiency reaches up to 99%. This helps industrial enterprises adapt to strong power growth while achieving a balance between economic and environmental benefits, enabling a path of sustainable development. Furthermore, its innovative modular design facilitates flexible expansion based on actual needs, adapting to the upgrade and iteration demands of industrial scenarios. The online plug-and-play function allows for real-time module replacement without affecting business continuity, while also providing comprehensive protection for personnel and equipment safety.
