TQ403 111-403-000-013 A1-B1-C036-D000-E100-F1-G098-H10 TQ403 eddy current proximity sensor
The Vibro-Meter TQ403 111-403-000-013 is a non-contact eddy current proximity sensor configured by the complete option string A1-B1-C036-D000-E100-F1-G098-H10. It forms the measuring front end of a calibrated TQ403 proximity system used to observe the relative movement of a metallic machine shaft without physical contact. The sensor is intended for demanding rotating equipment where radial vibration, axial displacement and steady gap information are required for protection and condition monitoring.
The active coil is moulded into a high temperature Torlon tip and housed in a stainless steel body with an integral coaxial cable. When combined with the documented EA403 extension cable and IQS900 signal conditioner, movement of the target changes the electromagnetic field and produces a proportional measurement signal. The temperature compensated chain supports turbine, compressor, generator and pump monitoring through VM600Mk2, VM600 or VibroSmart machinery protection systems.
