At the heart of the KF-5-10 is its minor feedback control architecture. Unlike conventional open-loop proportional amplifiers, this driver continuously monitors the actual spool position of the LEM valve through a differential transformer (LVDT) embedded within the valve body. The detected spool displacement is fed back to the controller, which compares it against the command input and adjusts the solenoid current accordingly. This closed-loop approach virtually eliminates the effects of spool sticking, wear-induced drift, and load disturbances, delivering superior linearity and repeatability for critical applications such as injection molding, die casting, machine tool positioning, and test rig control.

Indoor Unit Location: Choose a solid, vibration-free wall capable of supporting the air handler's weight. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat or steam sources, and at least 1 metre (3.3 feet) away from television or radio antennas to avoid signal interference.
