The board consists of 7 isolated digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 1 PT100/PTC temperature sensor supply current source. The 7 digital inputs are electrically isolated from the unit via optocouplers and are divided into two potential groups (DI 9 to DI 12 and DI 13 to DI 15).
The input voltage range is 0–8V ("0" state) and 16–31V ("1" state), with a maximum voltage of 50V between groups/control board, a filter time constant of 2 ms, and signal status indicated by LEDs. The 2 analog inputs are differential inputs with a common-mode range of ±40V, a resolution of 11 bits + sign, a default input range of ±10V (settable to ±1V via jumpers), and can also be configured via hardware and software for ±20 mA or 4–20 mA signals. The temperature sensor supply current source can provide 5 mA for PT100 or 1.5 mA for PTC
