The 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02 consists of a dome cover that screws into the body of the housing, threaded ports for conduit connections, O-rings, a reverse mount proximity probe, a thread seal, and optional conduit fittings and standoff adapter.
The 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02 includes a reverse mount proximity probe with a 10.0 metres (32.8 ft) probe cable. The 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02 is configured with no sleeve and an 8.5 in (216 mm) probe penetration depth.
The 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02 includes one 3/4-14 NPT plug only as the conduit fitting and features a 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread for secure installation on the machine casing. If a probe penetration length (C plus D) greater than 300 mm (12 in) is selected for the 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02, sleeve support must be added near the probe to prevent resonance from occurring. Bently Nevada offers a probe support and oil seal (part number 37948-01) for long sleeves that must go through an inner bearing housing on the 21000-34-10-00-085-04-02. Prepare Machine Case: Clean the 3/4-14 NPT mounting port on the machine casing. Apply thread sealant to the housing's process threads.
