The Bently Nevada 330930-040-00-00 is a 3300 NSv extension cable from the Bently Nevada 3300 NSv eddy current proximity transducer system, manufactured by Bently Nevada (a Baker Hughes company). It is a non-armored extension cable with a total length of 4.0 metres (13.1 feet).
The 3300 NSv (Narrow Side-view) proximity transducer system is specifically designed for use in small target applications, particularly centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other machines with shaft diameters smaller than 51 mm (2 in). The NSv system provides an 80 mil (2 mm) linear range identical to the standard 3300 XL 8mm system but in a significantly smaller package, with a probe tip diameter of 5 mm (0.20 in) and a probe body diameter of 5.8 mm (0.23 in). This compact design allows installation in tight spaces where standard 8 mm probes cannot fit, such as between thrust bearing pads or in small bearing housings.
