The Bently Nevada 107770-03-03 is a CENELEC-approved Velocity Transducer Housing Assembly that combines a 330500 Velomitor® Piezo-velocity Sensor pre-installed inside a 21128 stainless steel housing at the factory. This integrated design is specifically rated for Zone 1, Group IIC hazardous area applications, providing a rugged, explosion-proof solution for absolute vibration monitoring on bearing housings, machine casings, or structural surfaces in explosive atmospheres.

The assembly measures absolute vibration relative to free space for bearing housing, casing, or structural vibration. The 330500 sensor incorporated in this housing is a piezoelectric accelerometer with embedded integrated electronics. It has no moving parts and does not suffer from mechanical degradation or wear. The transducer can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or at any other angle of orientation.
When using the 21128 Housing, cable part number 89477-AA is necessary to connect the Velomitor Sensor to the monitoring system. The output is 100 mV/in/s (4 mV/mm/s). The sensor operates with a 2-pin MIL-C-5015 receptacle connector. The case has a 15/16 inch hexagonal section and a 3/8-24 UNF-2B mounting thread with a minimum threaded depth of 6.4 mm (0.250 in).
