The PR6423/003-131 variant is configured with an M10 × 1 thread (code "0" in the ordering matrix), no armored cable, a 55 mm sleeve length, an adapter plug at 1 m from the probe tip, a total cable length of 30 m, and an open (blunt cut) cable end for direct connection to the CON031 converter. The probe delivers a linear measuring range of ±1.0 mm for static position measurements and 0 to 500 μm peak-to-peak for dynamic vibration monitoring. Its calibrated sensitivity is 8 V/mm (203.2 mV/mil) with ±1.0% accuracy, and when combined with the CON031 converter, the system achieves a frequency response from DC (0 Hz) to 20,000 Hz (–3 dB), ensuring that both slow-roll rotor bow and high-frequency blade-pass vibrations are faithfully reproduced. The probe's nominal gap (center of measuring range) is 1.5 mm, with a linearity error of ≤±1% and a temperature drift of <<2% per 100 K on sensitivity and 200 mV per 100 K on zero point.

Prepare the Target Surface: Ensure the shaft measuring area complies with minimum width and tangential offset limits. The area must be clean, free of scratches, and machined smoothly to avoid electrical runout errors.
