The IC693MDL730 is a Positive logic output module from the Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) product family of GE Fanuc, now under Emerson Automation. This module features Eight (8) discrete output channels in a single group, delivering an output voltage range of 12-24 VDC with + 20%, -15% ripple. Each channel delivers an output current of 2 Amperes per point; 2 Amperes per fuse at 60 Degree Celsius; 4 Amperes per fuse at 50 Degree Celsius.
The IC693MDL730 comes with isolation between the field side and logic side amounting to 1500 Volts. Output channels have an inrush current rating of 9.4 Amperes for 10 ms; maximum output voltage drop of 12 Volts; maximum off-state leakage current of 1 mA along with a typical On and off response time of 2ms for each transition. This module occupies a single slot of the 90-30 baseplate and is compatible with any I/O slot of a Series 90-30 Five (5) or Ten (10) slot baseplate.
Terminal Board Holding Screws: Later versions (IC693MDL730F and newer) include holding screws on the removable terminal board. These prevent the connections from vibrating loose in high-vibration industrial environments, which can prevent intermittent faults or arcing.
Hinged Door & Insert: The module includes a hinged door with a wiring information insert, which should remain closed during operation to protect the terminal block from environmental debris.
