IC695LRE001C Serial Bus Transmitter Module
IC695LRE001C is a serial bus transmitter module in the GE PACSystems RX3i family. It connects a compatible RX3i universal backplane to supported serial expansion or remote backplanes.
The module translates the universal backplane signals into non-isolated differential serial-bus signals. It occupies the dedicated expansion connector at the right end of the main backplane and provides a front expansion-cable connector. Two green LEDs indicate module power and expansion activity. Cable-length limits differ for expansion and remote backplanes, and the module must not be inserted or removed under power.
