The GE IC754VSL06CTD terminal has Microsoft Windows 7 Embedded Compact (32-bit) operating system installed. To program the application to be used on the panel, the user will have to obtain Proficy View Machine Edition software (part of Proficy Machine Edition). To make a connection for the program download, use an RS232/RS485 communication port and an HMI-CAB communication cable. The user may also access the panel for programming purposes over a flash card port (SD card). Copy the program onto the SD card, then place the card into the SD card slot and reboot the device. The IC754CBL06CTD consumes maximally 15 Watts when it is connected to a 24 Volt DC power supply. The input voltage is acceptable in 24V DC ±20% range. Positioned next to the input terminals, there are USB, Ethernet, and RS-232 connectors.
