The GE IC200ALG620 is an Analog Input, 16-Bit RTD Module for the VersaMax I/O system, providing intelligent temperature measurement capabilities for industrial automation applications. The IC200ALG620 accepts input signals from up to four RTD input devices and delivers high-resolution 16-bit input data to the host controller. No external power supply is required for the IC200ALG620, as the module provides its own excitation current for the RTDs and automatically matches the excitation current to each configured RTD type.

The IC200ALG620 accepts inputs from four independent 3-wire and/or 4-wire platinum, nickel, nickel/iron, or copper RTDs, offering flexible sensor compatibility for a wide range of temperature measurement applications. The IC200ALG620 supports selectable resistance measurements in tenths of ohms, tenths of degrees Fahrenheit, or tenths of degrees Celsius, with selectable resistance ranges of 0–500 ohms and 0–3000 ohms. Each channel of the IC200ALG620 can be individually configured for active or inactive operation, and each input channel can have a different RTD type selected to match the installed sensor.
