Description
The F3422 is an 8-channel relay output module from the HIMA HIQuad X safety system family, manufactured by HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH in Germany. It provides eight independent SPDT (Form C) relay outputs for switching control signals in safety-critical industrial automation applications.
Each channel is equipped with a silver-nickel (AgNi 0.15) contact relay capable of switching up to 60 V DC or AC at 4 A continuous current, with inrush current capability of 12 A peak for 4 seconds. AC load capacity is 240 VA for non-inductive loads; DC load capacity is 120 W for non-inductive loads. The eight relays are electrically isolated from each other and from the system electronics.

For applications with inductive or high-startup loads, each relay channel supports an inrush current of up to 12 A for 4 seconds.
