Description
The FC-MCAR-02 is a Honeywell Mounting Carrier (36 inch) designed for installation in Safety Manager systems. The FC-MCAR-02 is a carrier that can be screwed on any flat surface and can carry two IOTA-R24 assemblies. The FC-MCAR-02 consists of a Cable Carrier Assembly (CCA), a metal profile, two plastic cover plates, a ground rail with 32 ground connection screws, and two power rails with M5 holes (+24V and 0V).
The FC-MCAR-02 features four mounting holes for screws with a diameter less than 5.5 mm. The FC-MCAR-02 allows power rails of two carriers to be coupled using two M5 screws to connect the power rails of the top carrier with the bottom carrier through the 5 mm holes. An IOTA-R24 is fixed on the FC-MCAR-02 with ten ground screws and two power screws (24V and COM), and 24Vdc power must be connected to the FC-MCAR-02 on the power rails using M5 screws. Up to three IOTA-NR24 units can be fixed on the FC-MCAR-02with eight ground screws and two power screws (24V and COM) each, with 24Vdc power connected to the power rails using M5 screws.
