The TC-OAV081 delivers high output performance with a calibrated accuracy of better than 0.05% of range at 25°C for both voltage and current outputs. The module provides a voltage resolution of 320 μV per count and a current resolution of 650 nA per count, allowing precise analog signal generation for industrial process control applications. The output settling time is less than 2 ms to 95% of the final value with resistive loads, while all eight channels are updated every 25 ms.

The outputs are protected against continuous 24 VAC/VDC overvoltage, and open- or short-circuit conditions are electronically current-limited to 21 mA or less. The module supports a drive capability of greater than 2000 Ω in voltage mode and 0 to 750 Ω in current mode. User-to-system isolation is 100% tested at 2550 VDC for one second, providing electrical isolation between field wiring and the control system.
The TC-OAV081 is designed to operate in industrial environments with an RFI immunity error of less than 2.0% of range at 10 V/m over 27 to 1000 MHz.
