Infineon FF300R17KE3 is a 62 mm dual IGBT module with a 1700 V collector-emitter rating and 300 A nominal collector current. It uses IGBT3 E3 technology in a half-bridge power-module configuration.
The module combines two IGBT switches with matched freewheeling diodes in the AG-62MMHB package. Its voltage class, current class, switching technology, terminal layout and thermal interface must match the converter design.
