4351A - Tricon Communication Module
Triconex 4351A is the copper-network Tricon Communication Module listed for Tricon versions 10.1 through 10.2. Two RJ-45 Ethernet connections and four DB-9 serial connections support the protocol assignments documented for this generation.
TriStation, TSAA and Modbus TCP can use either network port, but the manufacturer does not extend the B-model IP multicast capability to 4351A. Verify exact module generation and system compatibility rather than interpreting the A suffix as interchangeable with other TCMs.
