The Mitsubishi Electric FX3U-4AD-PT-ADP is an analog special adapter designed to measure temperature via four channels using Pt100 platinum resistance thermometers. It is a compact, left-side expansion module compatible with the MELSEC FX3U series PLC, though it requires a function extension board for connection

Use 3-wire Pt100 sensors to prevent errors from voltage drops in the cable.
Tighten terminal screws to a torque between 0.22 and 0.25 N·m.
Keep analog cables at least 100mm (3.94") away from high-voltage or power lines to minimize noise.
Ground the shield of the analog cable at one point on the signal receiving side.
