6DD1610-0AK0 Four Megabyte Program Memory Card
Siemens 6DD1610-0AK0 is the MS51 program-memory submodule for SIMADYN D. It stores the configured processor program and operating parameters for a compatible installed control configuration.
The card contains 4 MB of non-volatile flash and 8 KB EEPROM for changeable operating parameters. Its sixty-eight-pin JEIDA/PCMCIA connection interfaces with the documented processor-module receptacle. Programming can be performed through a suitable PCMCIA adapter or the supported serial connection to the CPU; the hardware write-protect switch controls permitted memory changes.
