      The Siemens 6DD1662-0AB0 communication support module features three plug-in interfaces (X01 to X03), each equipped with 16 Kbytes of dual-port RAM to support high-speed data exchange. Each slot includes two diagnostic LEDs (H10/H11, H20/H21, H30/H31) to indicate the status of the communication module, with the LED function depending on the specific module installed. The module can transfer the L-bus basic sampling time to the communication module for synchronization and can pass the communication module’s clock interrupt to the CS7 CPU module to set the real-time clock (not applicable for SS4, SS5, and SS52 modules).
