The R. STAHL 9468/33-08-10 (Art. No. 210660) is a HART analog universal module designed for IS1+ Remote I/O systems, specifically for use in hazardous areas. It is for mounting in Zone 2 or Class I, Div. 2. Each channel can be configured individually as an input or output for 2-/3-conductor HART transmitters, 4-conductor transmitters, or control valves/positioners.

Mounting: The module must be snapped onto an IS1+ BusRail (Series 9494). It is held in place by a red notch at the top and a black notch at the bottom.
Hot-Swapping: You can plug or remove the module while the system is energized (Hot Swap) even in Zone 2 / Division 2, provided the explosive atmosphere is not continuously present.
Orientation: It should be mounted vertically to ensure optimal heat dissipation.
