What is a conformal coating?
A special coating used in the factory during the production of printed circuit boards (PCB). The coating has different types of 3C3 and 3C2, the difference is that 3C2 only has 10% of the effect of 3C3. The coating protects sensitive surface-mounted equipment components from corrosive gases or high humidity.
What are the advantages of conformal coatings?
Conformal coating improves the protection of control PCB components, thereby reducing the possibility of failure, reducing downtime and extending component life.
