A Philippine power-generation customer needed a discontinued control card after a failure exposed the plant to an estimated US$250,000 in losses for every hour of extended downtime.
The customer reported a failed GE Mark VI IS200 control card that was no longer available through its normal channel. Frida first checked the complete part reference against the customer’s equipment information, then confirmed stock condition and the documents needed for an urgent international shipment. This avoided substituting a visually similar card or losing time after the order was released.
| Platform | GE Mark VI turbine control system |
| Hardware family | IS200 control card |
| Requirement | Replacement for failed installed hardware |
| Availability issue | Discontinued card unavailable through the customer’s normal channels |
| Order handling | Part-reference verification, stock check, documentation and urgent dispatch |
The order was treated as a short operational sequence rather than a general promise of fast delivery.
Frida recorded the agreed IS200-series item and released the order for final preparation.
The requested reference, available item and supporting record were checked together before packing.
Packing preparation and the logistics booking moved forward under the same follow-up.
The courier details and dispatch record were sent back to the customer in the active order thread.
The following records show the type of visual inspection, installed-state review and board-level checking used when preparing GE control hardware. Labels, connectors and operating indicators are examined before packing.
Evidence note: these photographs document Amikon’s GE hardware inspection practice and supporting technical review; they are not presented as serial-number proof for every item in the shipment.
“The order moved quickly after confirmation. Frida kept us informed and sent the shipment details the same day.”

The value of the order was not the card alone. The customer received a verified reference, a controlled dispatch process and a single accountable contact while the plant team worked toward restart.
