3.6-inch ceramic probe in a matched 3300 measurement loop
Bently Nevada 146054-36-05-01-05 is the 3.6-inch case configuration of the 3300 ceramic-capped probe. It has a 0.5 m total length, 3/8-24 UNF mounting thread and standard unarmored cable terminated by a ClickLoc connector with a connector protector.
Its ceramic front and stainless steel case support proximity measurement in the manufacturer's aggressive-chemical service applications. This 146054 configuration uses a 3.6-inch case and a 0.5 m probe assembly. Its protected ClickLoc connection joins the compatible extension cable and Proximitor arrangement; the probe alone is not a complete powered measurement system.
The sealed alumina front and stainless case serve the manufacturer's chemical-environment applications. Only the front is protected against destructive process media, and the unsealed rear must remain in a suitable environment.
Check electrical gapping and the monitor response during commissioning. A longer case does not extend the ceramic system's specified measuring span, and the shifted curve can require a review of the monitor's lower OK limit.
