The 330180-X1-05 MOD: 145004-15 is one of three components of the 3300 XL 8mm system, which consists of a 3300 XL 8mm probe, a 3300 XL extension cable, and a 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor.

The sensor is intended for use with a compatible 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe and extension cable. The complete transducer system uses eddy-current sensing technology to measure the distance between the probe tip and a conductive machine target. The resulting signal can be used for shaft vibration, radial position, axial position, speed, and Keyphasor-related monitoring applications.
Under standard 3300 XL 8 mm system conditions, the Proximitor Sensor operates from a negative DC supply, with a typical supply range of -17.5 to -26 VDC and a maximum current consumption of approximately 12 mA. The typical output scale factor for the 3300 XL 8 mm proximity system is 200 mV/mil, equivalent to approximately 7.87 V/mm. Actual performance depends on the complete probe, extension cable, Proximitor Sensor, target material, installation gap, and modification-specific calibration.
