Features:

  • 3-Wire Cable
  • Extension Cable
  • Armored or non-armored 22 AWG cable
  • non-armored 18 AWG cable with elastomer boot
Bently Nevada extension cables are armored or non-armored 3-conductor 0.5 mm2 (22 AWG) with 3-socket plug at one end and terminal ring lugs at the other, or non-armored 3-conductor 1.0mm2 (18 AWG) with 3-socket plug and fluorosilicone elastomer boot at one end, terminal lugs at the other.

These accelerometers are intended for critical machineryapplications where casing acceleration measurements arerequired, such as gear mesh monitoring. The 330400 isdesigned to address the requirements of AmericanPetroleum Institute Standard 670 for accelerometers. Itprovides an amplitude range of 50 g peak and a sensitivity of100 mV/g. The 330425 is identical except it provides a largeramplitude range (75 g peak) and a sensitivity of 25 mV/g.

The 16925-10 Bently Nevada Extension Cable may still be available for purchase and support from Amikon Limited beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Transducer End: Align the 3-socket plug with the pins on the 330400 or 330425 accelerometer. Hand-tighten the knurled nut until snug to ensure a weatherproof seal.
Routing: Route the cable through conduit or secure it with cable ties every 12–18 inches. Avoid running it parallel to high-voltage AC power lines to prevent EMI.
Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum bend radius (typically 3 inches or 75mm) to prevent internal wire fatigue.
