The 136719-01 is the part number for the Bently Nevada 3500/04 Internal Barrier Earthing I/O Module. This specialized component is a critical safety element of the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System, specifically used when internal barriers are required for hazardous area installations
Dedicated Position: The module must be installed in a dedicated monitor position within the 3500 rack.
Rack Limitations: Because it occupies a dedicated position, it precludes using that slot for other monitor modules, limiting a standard 19-inch rack to 13 monitor positions.
Adjacent Grouping: It is recommended to group all internal barrier I/O modules together in adjacent positions to simplify installation.
Maintenance Access: If you install standard I/O modules or an earthing module between internal barrier I/O modules, allow at least two rack positions to ensure easy access for maintenance without disturbing adjacent modules.
Earthing Requirements: Any 3500 rack containing an internal barrier module must have a 3500/04-01 IS Earthing Module (136719-01) to provide the necessary earth connection.
