The Bently Nevada 3500/92 136180-01 Communication Gateway Module is a communication interface module for the 3500 Machinery Protection and Condition Monitoring System. It provides a connection between the 3500 monitoring rack and external control, automation, asset management, and supervisory systems, allowing operating data and diagnostic information to be exchanged across industrial networks.
The module supports Ethernet TCP/IP communication as well as serial communication through RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 interfaces. Supported protocols include Modbus RTU, Modbus/TCP, and the proprietary Bently Nevada communication protocol used by 3500 Rack Configuration Software and Data Acquisition Software.
