The rack architecture follows a fixed slot discipline: the far-left positions are reserved exclusively for the 3500/15 Power Supply Module(s) and the 3500/22M Rack Interface Module (RIM) or 3500/22 Rack Interface Data Manager (RIDM). These reserved positions ensure proper power sequencing, stable backplane voltage regulation, and reliable communication gateway functionality. The remaining 7 module slots are fully flexible and can accommodate any combination of 3500 monitor modules, 3500/32 or 3500/34 Relay Modules, 3500/93 or 3500/94 Display Modules, 3500/92 Communication Gateway Modules, and 3500/25 Keyphasor Modules, allowing users to tailor the system precisely to their machinery monitoring requirements
