The EMG NET16-1.2 is a high-precision correction signal processing module based on a 3U European card structure. Powered via a DIN 41612 interface and 24V DC, it achieves millisecond-level processing and closed-loop control of EVK/SMI sensor data. This unit not only supports Profibus/Interbus bus communication but also provides self-diagnostic capabilities through its onboard microprocessor, ensuring high-precision and highly interference-resistant operation of the metal strip production line.
RUN (Green): Normal operation; internal CPU is cycling.
ERR (Red): Logic fault, checksum error, or communication timeout.
BUS (Yellow/Green): Indicates active data exchange if configured for Profibus/Interbus.
