The EMG SPCC1-7 is the digital core control board of the strip alignment system, integrating a PID control algorithm to precisely drive the SV1-10 servo valve by processing sensor signals. It features 230V/115V AC power supply compatibility, built-in non-volatile memory to ensure parameter retention even after power failure, and supports Profibus-DP networking and on-site debugging via LCD panel. It is an industrial-grade hub for achieving high-precision strip alignment and edge control.
SPCC1-5: Older version; uses different firmware and may have different pin assignments. Not directly swappable without checking the wiring diagram.
SPCC1-7: The standard for SPC 16 and SPC compact systems.
