LED indicators which provide the ON/OFF status of each point are located at the top of themodule. The LEDs are arranged in two horizontal rows with eight green LEDs in each row.This module uses the top row labeled A1 through 8 (points 1 through 8); the bottom row is notused. An insert goes between the inside and outside surface of the hinged door. The surfacetowards the inside of the module (when the hinged door is closed) has circuit wiringinformation, and circuit identification information can be recorded on the outside surface. Theoutside left edge of the insert is color-coded red to indicate a high-voltage module. Thismodule can be installed in any I/O slot of a 5 or 10-slot baseplate in a Series 90-30 PLC system

Slot Selection: The module can be placed in any I/O slot on the baseplate.
Physical Installation: Align the module with the slot guides and press firmly into the backplane connector. Secure it using the top and bottom screws.
Wiring: Use the terminal door diagram for wiring. The module supports copper wires sized AWG #22 to #16 or a single AWG #14 wire.
Torque: Screw terminal torque should be between 9.6 in-lbs and 11.5 in-lbs (1.1 to 1.3 Nm).
Field Power: Connect external power (24VDC or 120-240VAC) to the user terminals. Since this is an isolated module, each relay has its own common, allowing different voltages for each point.
