The IC693ALG442 is a combination module from GE Fanuc’s Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Control (PLC) platform. Being a combination module, this module is designed with Four (4) input channels compatible with 0 to +10 volts (unipolar), –10 to +10 volts (bipolar), 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, and 4 to 20 mA Enhanced input signals and Two (2) analog outputs providing 0 to +10 volts (unipolar), –10 to +10 volts (bipolar), 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA output signals.
The input channels supports differential inputs with each channel exhibiting an update rate of 8 ms. Individual input type resolution includes 5 µA (1 LSB = 5 µA) for 0-20 mA; 5 µA (1 LSB = 5 µA) for 4-20 mA and 5 µA (1 LSB = 5 µA) for 4-20 mA, enhanced with absolute accuracy of ± 0.25% of full scale @25°C (77°F) and ± 0.5% of full scale over specified operating temperature range.
The GE Fanuc IC693ALG442 is an analog combination module for the Series 90-30 PLC, featuring 4 differential input channels and 2 single-ended output channels. It supports both current (0-20mA, 4-20mA) and voltage (±10V, 0-10V) signals, which can be configured individually per channel.
Enhanced 4-20 mA Input: Offers a specialized range where 0 mA corresponds to a count of -8000, allowing for advanced open-wire fault detection.
Alarm Limits: Users can set high and low alarm limits for all input channels.
Never connect or disconnect the module from the baseplate while the PLC power is on, as this may damage the system components.
The module must be installed in a metal enclosure with appropriate external wiring to meet industrial standards.
