GT2-H32 measures 32 mm contact displacement with 0.5 micrometre resolution

KEYENCE GT2-H32 is a high-accuracy digital contact sensor head with a 32 mm measuring range, 0.5 micrometre resolution and 3 micrometre indicated accuracy at 20 degrees C. It uses a quartz-glass scale and CMOS image-sensor projection for absolute measurement without tracking error.

The head has IP67 protection, a 1 ms sampling cycle and an M8 connector for an optional sensor cable. Before purchase, confirm the compatible GT2 amplifier, cable, mounting method, contact geometry, measuring-force direction and required stroke for the machine task.

  • Can GT2-H32 cover a full 30 mm machine stroke?
