It provides eight independent current output channels, supporting both 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA standard ranges, and fully integrates HART protocol communication capabilities.

In terms of signal processing, the module features 16-bit resolution, a basic error limit of ±0.1% at 25°C, and an operating error limit of ±0.2% over the entire temperature range, ensuring high-precision analog signal control. Its current output drive capability is robust, supporting load impedances up to 750 Ω and inductive loads up to 10 mH, and allowing shielded cable connections up to 800 meters.
This module supports redundant configuration, making it suitable for critical control scenarios requiring high availability. It features a built-in timestamped local diagnostic buffer for real-time diagnosis and reading of channel status, disconnection, and other fault information.
It also supports reading auxiliary variables (such as temperature, pressure, and other secondary and tertiary variables) from field devices via the HART protocol and performing firmware updates for field devices. The module operates on 24V DC power, with a typical power consumption of 6W. A 500V DC electrical isolation between the channel and the backplane bus enhances the system's anti-interference capability and safety.
