TQ902-011 111-902-000-011 A1-B1-C40-D2-E5000-F0-G0-H05 TQ902 standard mount proximity sensor
The Vibro-Meter TQ902-011 111-902-000-011 is a standard mount eddy current proximity sensor defined by the complete A1-B1-C40-D2-E5000-F0-G0-H05 option string. It provides contactless observation of the relative position of a metallic shaft and is suitable for radial vibration, axial displacement and gap monitoring on high speed rotating equipment. This exact configuration is kept separate from other TQ902-011 assemblies because the cable and chain option codes define the supplied measurement arrangement.
Inside the stainless steel body, a sensing coil moulded into a PPS tip creates the electromagnetic field used for distance measurement. The sensor connects through the documented TQ902 chain components to an IQS900 conditioner, which converts target movement into the signal required by the machinery monitoring system.
