The ABB SPBRC410 Bridge Controller is a central control processor within the ABB Ability™ Symphony® Plus HR Series automation platform. It combines process control, communication management, and network integration into a single controller, supporting complex industrial automation applications that require high reliability and flexible connectivity.
The controller features an industrial-grade RISC processor, 8 MB DRAM, and 2 MB NVRAM for executing control logic and storing configuration data. It supports multiple communication interfaces, including 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, and a Mini USB diagnostic port, allowing straightforward integration with engineering stations, operator consoles, and maintenance tools.
