      How to order?

      1. Send Your Request
      Submit the Request for Quote form or email your parts list to info@amikon.cn.
      Please provide the exact manufacturer, part number, quantity, preferred condition and delivery destination. You may also attach equipment nameplate photos or an Excel parts list.
      Products that are not listed on our website may still be available through our global supply network.

      2. We Confirm the Product
      Before issuing a quotation, we will check the available product condition, stock status, revision, lead time and other requested details.
      If you require a specific revision, date code, firmware level, country of origin or packaging condition, include this requirement in your enquiry.
      These requirements are only guaranteed when expressly confirmed in writing.

      3. Receive Our Quotation

      The written quotation will normally confirm:
      • Manufacturer
      • Exact part number
      • Product condition
      • Quantity
      • Unit price and total price
      • Stock status or sourcing availability
      • Estimated lead time
      • Warranty period
      • Shipping cost
      • Shipping terms or Incoterm
      • Payment method
      • Quotation validity period
      Please review all product and delivery information before confirming the order.

      4. Confirm Your Order

      You may confirm an order by sending:
      • A signed quotation
      • A purchase order
      • Written order confirmation by email
      A purchase order is accepted for order confirmation and administrative purposes only. It does not create credit, financing or deferred payment terms.
      After receiving your confirmation, AMIKON will issue a proforma invoice.

      5. Complete Payment
      AMIKON does not accept credit card payments.
      AMIKON does not provide credit accounts, business loans, financing, installment plans, Net 30/60/90 terms, monthly settlement, payment after delivery or cash on delivery.
      Full payment must be received and cleared before an order is processed.

      Accepted payment methods may include:
      • International bank transfer (T/T)
      Only use the payment instructions and beneficiary information shown on the official AMIKON proforma invoice.

      6. Order Processing and Shipment
      After full payment has cleared, AMIKON will process the order and confirm the estimated dispatch date.
      Where applicable, the product will be identified, inspected and securely packed before shipment.
      Tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been collected and scanned by the carrier.
