The probe incorporates a 1.0 meter (39 inch) integrated 75 Ω triaxial cable with FEP insulation, terminated with a miniature male coaxial ClickLoc connector. The ClickLoc connector locks into place and prevents loosening under vibration. The patented TipLoc molding method creates a stronger bond between the probe tip and the probe body. The patented CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) of pull strength, securing the cable to the probe tip.
The probe delivers a linear range of 2.0 mm (80 mils), with a sensitivity of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) and linearity better than ±0.06 mm (±2.3 mils). The frequency response extends from 0 to 10 kHz, maintaining performance with extended field wiring up to 305 meters (1000 feet).
